P1000 Model year changes guide

I’ve looked through the forum and done a few google searches. I’m having difficulty finding a guide that helps me compare the differences in features between the different years of the pioneer. Thanks in advance!

Thats a tall order! actually not. lol
there isnt much accept 16-18 there was a a clutch update for those, the 16‘ had an intake that needed snorkeled no matter what. (Should do that anyway on any P1 imo)
but otherwise just BOLD NEW COLORS! Lol
and very small tweeks

Ya, mostly minor improvements or safety additions a user would not even notice.

2022 is supposed to be the most updates. But Honda as not even announced it yet.

16: new model

17: almost the same
new muffler shield and revised air intake, both available from Honda as upgrades to 2016
Added seat belt speed limiter


18: added the Le model and i4wd
Added the radiator air deflector, can be added to earlier models
Added more underseat heat shielding, was a product improvement for earlier models
Changed the trailer hitch pin and added the upper gusset, can not be added to earlier machines

21:. New phantom camo.

22: maybe lots of things but no production dates

Cant remember what year, but the front seat cushion was made thicker.

When they produce the water resistant neat cushion I'm buying one. The "softer" one is still a brick below freezing

That was added to the LE from the factory and fits all models.

Have they tightened up the Cabs any? ND winter, would like to see it sealed up better without having to do a bunch of retro. My one main hold back.
