Are the mudbusters fenders easy to put on? What do I have to drill?

Very easy in front...Just drill the inner fender well and they use push pins...The rear should be easy too...was rough for me because I have a box bolted to my rear rack. If the rack is clear, it will be simple too...IF you have aftermarket wheels make sure to get the wider front flares...I didn't and it was a waste of money. Enjoy!

I'm putting on 1" spacers with stock wheels. Should I change my order to wider flares?

Definitely...I have offset wheels on the front and, though it helps, I still get muddy with the regular ones. Looking along the side it looks like that the wider would catch all of it.

With 1.5" spacers the extra coverage fenders are perfect. Looks like with a 2" they would work too.

Upgraded tires and wheels with 1.5" spacers, so extensions needed. Fabricated front with sheet metal, and rear with plastic from Menards. Rear has 4" extension, and 3" for front. I didn't want to drill holes in fenders, so fabricated metal brackets bolted to frame. Also they can be removed by removing three bolts for rear ones, and three screws front ones if trail has width restrictions. I don't go trail riding much, mostly cruise my place, and country roads. Painted them with
