Needing a place to stay for the night in western Tennessee.

In a week or so, I'll be looking for a place to park my camper near Abernathy's in Union City Tennessee, when I go to pick up my new 1000-5. Anyone got any recommendations?

I will recommend, that if you plan to spend a night at WalMart or Sams, Call the store and ask for the "Manager on duty" and ask if they have objections to you spending the night in there lot.

Call around to some of the larger retail stores in the area, HD, Lowes, Menards etc. They may allow you to park if you ask. Always a flying J or rest stop on the interstate somewhere.

Im 80 miles from Abernathy but I don't have anywhere to camp per say I do own a parking lot next to my house and you certainly can stay here in the house but wife is allergic to dogs so Bay Leaf have to chill outside or in yard. Just let me know

Don’t know if that’s a corporate thing or not, but I contacted store managers twice and both times they were indifferent about it, didn’t care. Now I just park and leave in the morning. But I would agree that if you can get one on the phone it would be good.

Looks like you’ve got plenty of options. Cracker Barrel allows overnighting in their lots as well, if they have the bus/RV pull through, so do some Camping Worlds, Cabellas and Casinos....
