Do Yamaha's have a centrifugal clutch and rubber band drive train?
They keep constant tension on belt. You don’t have to put in low on climbs it’s designed that way. This is my third Yamaha product since 05 none ever had anything other than the factory belt. Works different than the Polaris tranny or can am

Okay, I'm listening. How does "it' hold a tension on the drive belt?

If the motor is running and the drive belt is tensioned what is allowing the machine to remain in place and what causes the machine to launch when the driver wants to move?

On a similar principle to the “hondamatic” transmission as I understand it
