It's been awhile and I forgot to post my followup.... I don't have any pics at the moment but I did run into a couple of issues.
1. There is a thumb screw that attaches the cooler plate to the arm. They would work themselves loose and found one had fell out! (luckily I found it still in the bed) Had to check and retighten on each stop.
2. The arms don't grip the bed extender very well. Used some rubber tape and wrapped the bar of the extender. It helped but the arms would still move up allowing the cooler to get sloppy. The lid of the cooler was basically the only thing keeping it attached... Used an extra strap help pull the arms down and tight to cooler while on the trail. Which worked great. I plan to get ahold of Brandon about adding a second arm on each side to help secure the up and down swing of the arms...
Otherwise these are great! I ride some pretty rough trails and put it to the test for sure... As anything, there is always room for improvement!
I'll post again with any updates to fixes...
