Hello everyone new here to the group I'm running 2022 pioneer 1000-3 have a question hope to get some help went riding over the weekend got in some mud my buggy will go into gear and move but when it goes to shift it Acts like its in neutral

No is u let us slow back down it starts to go again untill it goes to shift check all fluids and there all fine

Do you know the procedure to do a clutch relearn?

Possibly...

Faulty shift solenoid: This part controls the flow of transmission fluid and can cause shifting problems if it's not working properly

Malfunctioning engine control module: This can cause automatic cars to not shift gears

And others will surely chime in with the exact problem.

When you were stuck, were the wheels spinning? I am leaning towards clutches, maybe the shift solenoid. Try a relearn and see if it helps.

Ya they where all spinning when I got out the mud I let it sit and when to go move it and it didn't do nothing at first so waited like hour and it finally moved but won't shift through gears after it warms up

Does it shift into 2nd gear?
When starting from a stop, what rpm is the engine at when it starts to move?

One other thing
Did the power steering act up during this? Even if no light, it may be worth a try if your transmission got too hot.

Somebody will come along and know EXACTLY what is wrong. Please be patient and stay positive

did the clutch over temp lite ever come on ?


when u were stuck - were the wheels sucked into the mud, not spinning, and revving it trying to get out? Be honest

Also, can you put it in sport mode and manual and shift with the paddle shifters?

No they where all spinning it was high centered the light came on after I got it home

so it was running just fine, got stuck in the mud, then it was fubar?

what exactly is it doing now?

is this thing cleaned up, did you inspect the wiring, shift motor?

does it show 1 on the gear position if you go manual and it doesn't move ?

Ya it goes into gear all fluids are good it moves then when it shifts to go to next gear u can hear it click and it just acts like it in neutral

So it takes off in 1st gear - does it feel like it’s slipping?

When it goes to 2nd gear it just revs and doesn’t move

Would be helpful if u posted a utube video of this with sound showing the display

My next advice is

1. Clutch relearn if not already done.
2. Dump oil - does it look black from clutch material
3. Inspect clutch packs
