I have the same story, 50 years of dirt bikes but the ole bone density issue of seniors made me seek another hobby. A buddy invited me to the Sand Hollow SxS rally in Hurricane, Utah last November. He had a new Talon and I was dumbfounded at what they were capable of doing. I came home and bought one myself and it's been the perfect next step in my life. I'm a desert rat at heart and hope to spend the rest of my life in the southwestern desert, weather permitting. The rest of the year I'll spend in the Colorado high country. #ridin'oleguy No more broken bones for me.

Howdy from Oklahoma, and welcome to the forum. Like you and several other posters on this thread, my reasoning for getting off bikes and on to
ATVS was advancing age and slowing reactions.

I have learned to slow down and actually injoy the scenery, but I still miss the rush.
