I am finally a P500 owner. Today I bought a like new 2018 P500 (190 miles with 2 1/2 years on extendable warranty), now the expensive phase start ... updates! The P500 came with a Honda hard top, a Honda windshield, a bluetooth speaker/rear LED light, and a Honda rack mount storage bag. Next comes tires, a rear storage bin, a second battery, and a wench.

I agree with the statement "you meet the nicest people on a Honda", and will add "and on a Honda forum". I have been on this forum for a couple months and really like the people/posts. I will be participating in the Rimrocker ride in August and am looking forward to riding with other forum members.

I hope you love your P5 as much as I do mine. It is a sweet, fun machine. You might also want to consider different shocks as the OEM shocks are way too stiff for a comfortable ride. I installed Walker Evans and it made a big difference. Choog glove box is also a great, easy install much appreciated addition. I wish you many happy miles.

Walker Evans shocks and power steering are expensive upgrades, but it's an entirely different machine after! You can buy marine cup holders and replace stock cup holders to fit more typical drinks.

Thanks to all for the warm welcomes. After tires and a storage bin I will evaluate the next upgrades based on the first couple trail rides. My main goal initially is getting ready for the 7 day Rimrocker ride next August so storage and street legal configuration is at the top of the list. Welcome from WNC !! I have a 2020 model and absolutely love it. My next upgrade will be the shocks no doubt but I have to save some coin for them so it will probably be spring time before I get them.
