I've had injectors clog with the filter looking like that.

Have you checked for continuity on the injector signal wire back to the ecm?

After replacing the fuel pump which was extremely clogged, I also ordered two new injectors from cycle center. I installed them and it cranked right up. I let it idle for about 20 minutes without any problems.
