They probably will too. If it becomes an issue for me, I'll install an electric cutout on my exhaust. When I see the law approaching, flip a switch and route exhaust into a super quiet, power robbing canister.

Too subjective if they guess at a distance could easily dbl the sound level.

Also need a tape measure to get a consistent measurement.

It says they will stand at property line. Take your mower, crank the engine, put between cop and idling ohv.

Since the city provides us nothing, there are no utility easements(power doesn't count), and we have over 10 acres. No city can annex us unless we allow them to.

They were trying to get us to get city water so they had that capability in the future I put my foot down.

Well, septic, propane, the CITY MAN ain't gonna charge me taxes, or tell me I can't shoot s*** and ride my sxs out here.
