My 2016 P1000 has oil leaking out of the grommet were the wires run to the stator, through alternator cover. This is just around the starter area. I've noticed oil on the motor and running down the cover so after checking and cleaning it up.I ran it for a hour today and the oil is coming out around the grommet and leaking onto the motor. Has anyone else have this issue and whats the best way to fix / stop the leak. Thanks for any advice.

Oh Man,
Those are a pain in the A.. with no real solution.
Going to refer you back to my old TRX 300 days.
Degreaser, a wire brush, and a tube of RTV.
Long term, the garment is built onto the wire-harness.
It's not really made to be replaceable.
You will need to replace the stator.

Not liking to hear that. Guess my next step will be to talk to my Honda dealer to see if extended warranty will cover that.??
