P1000m5 P1000-5 HD steering box sizing question

My inner tie rod snapped at the threaded bolt that links into the steering box and instead of trying to get it out I’m considering just upgrading to your HD steering box. I noticed that there are different sizing and turn ratio options. I need guidance on which to go with on my 2021 P1000-5. I have 4” portals with a 15% gear reduction and 30” Intimidator tires. Thanks

SATV HD tie rod, snapped inside the steering rack. I went ahead and ordered the RB3 14mm, 1:1 ratio rack and the TTC stage 2 HD Heim 14mm tie rods this time.

I think superatv had a bad run of inner tie ends. I snapped both of mine. You could tell they were defective but the inner only has a 6 month warranty. I just put them on for 1 week and my machine went down for 6 months because of torn a-arm tabs. First ride when I got it back for the takeover, snapped the driver side. 1 week later snapped the passenger side. They wanted to charge me $42 for replacement inner tie rods. So I just threw my junk ass $200 tie rods in the trash and ordered the updated OEM tie rods and haven't bent or broke one in around 1,800 miles.

Just a personal opinion but heim joints don't belong on tie rods and those inner tie rods are tiny. I'd take the 2022 Pioneer OEM parts over those anyway. Also over 1000 miles on 2022 parts without a failure.
