They are sweet you’ve done a great job on those Delton! I’d really love a set but the sticks won’t allow ne that option

Seriously I've considered welding some mounting tabs on and adding abs plastic to it for a removable filler. But that's encroaching on @knuckledeep 's niche.

2 words.....expanded metal lol
You’re always thinking! I’ll probably consider doing that if you’re still doing those spring time. Have you gotten any requests for back doors?

Yessir like you would not believe lol. Been tied up with 3 new kids so free time has been limited. Just need a 2032 battery for my angle finder and I'll get right on it.

Was thinking expanded aluminum for air flow, it would be more Terrier proof than the open gaps, Merlin would love your doors, little poop thinks Rooster is his safari wagon, if he smells any thing alive he tries to jump out, even with a leash tied to the seat belts, he kind of reminds me of me!

Aluminum would be ideal material. I was thinking steel only because of ease of install (welding instead of bolting like aluminum).

FYI....an aluminum version has crossed my mind more than once. But when y'all see/hear how solid these puppies shut, lighter weight may not be such a good thing.

I know your making doors but what about a bolt on harness bar? What would one of those run in raw metal?
Those would be very reasonable if not for those dang clamps. Bolt on clamps are expensive. The ones I've looked at are in the 30-40.00 range each. There's some cheaper but I wouldn't trust my life to them lol
