**RADIATOR KITS FOR THE PIONEER 1000-5**

Having problems overheating constantly? Having to keep going back to the water hose to spray out your radiator?
worry no more. Here's the answer.
direct bolt on radiator kits. Dual fan setup. Hooked up to the computer. No need to worry about any switches. They're made to order. Test fitted before shipped to make sure everything is right.

The pioneer runs way cooler across the board. From the engine to inside the cab.
Never gets clogged up like the stock radiator I show below. I cleaned that for about an hour with degreaser and that's what it looks like still.
If it does get clogged up. Simply spray it out. Both side are very easily accessible.

Kit is bolt on. Very heavy duty. Doesnt move at all. Rubber mounted so no worries. Lines are protected from damage and also protected from your little one getting burned. Radiator ofcourse gets hot but I can grab and hold the lines while it's at operating temperature.
Also can be removed and returned to stock very easily.

I may be interested. I have overheated several times already.

You won't over heat with this anymore.
Just let me know. I'll get one made up, test fitted and mailed out.

Temps tested with temp gun on 3 different 1000's at the side of the motor that says dct. Rode hard for 30 minutes straight. Stopped. Shut them off at the same time. Temps taken within 30 sec.

3 seater 1000 on 30 inch intimidators = 234 degrees

5 seater on trax= 264 degrees

5 seater on 28 swamp lites and rear mounted radiator= 133 degrees

I would be careful if the motor stays that cool. The oil viscosity is not what what it's supposed to be. Also, the engine oil needs to be 212°F to vaporize moisture and other contaminates in the oil.

Have you modified the thermostat?

If you ride longer, will it reach a proper operating temp?

Ideally, you want the engine at the proper temp but not higher due to a clogged radiator. I can see that your kit adds a lot of additional cooling but possibly too much. I think 30 minutes of riding was long enough to heat soak everything. It would be interesting to see if the engine will reach operating temp after an hour.

Im sure it will get a little hotter seeing how we went thru some holes.

Ill get some readings soon

This was off the dct panel not directly on the heads or anything

Mine heated up before I burped the plug on top of the engine to get all the air out. Never again after that.
