They first appeared on the 2017s.

My 2017 had them but i removed them when i removed the rear section of the roll cage. Made loading the bed from the side difficult.

These are to tie the snow tubes ropes to

Shoulder bars, the front has them as well. Comes off with 2 bolts. I'd toss them if I had one.
