Just purchased some 30” out back maxes for my 1000-5 that come on factory 14” defender max rims

Was skeptical first of how they would look but fell in love with them afterwards

Also had a big hand from my oldest cleaning old stocks getting ready to sell:)

Looks good. Are they the same width front and rear?

Tires are but rims aren’t but can’t tell
I'm looking at doing the same tires. Do yours rub?

I have a highlifter lift and satv front a arms, but want to replace the lift with fox shocks. Which a arms do you have?

I would skip the fox and buy 814's. Unless you want to buy mine and I'll get 814's, lol.

Curious to reason of passing on the Fox for 814’s? Not arguing just wondering your thoughts

I got the fox shocks and they are certainly better than the stock/ load leveling shocks. But, the 814's allow for more travel and more adjustments. You can adjust and fine tune the rebound and compression, whereas on the foxes you can only set for soft medium or stiff compression.

Also if you read on the Forums and Facebook you'll find that everybody loves the 814's compared to what they had. The most often comment is night and day difference.

Thanks. I just went Fox for the simplicity of the adjustment and not having to grind anything off my new SATV arms. Also wasn’t sure on the limit straps but that wasn’t a deal breaker. If I’m not happy with the Fox’s I will try 814’s next. I figured a shock made for the Pioneer might be best option over a universal shock being as how I don’t want to deal with a lot of fine tuning and adjusting. I could be wrong though and if so it will be an expensive lesson
