Have a 2016 pioneer with the super atv 3” lift consisting of spring brackets and front spring spacer. Went on a ride yesterday and broke an axle. After installing lift I noticed my axles were at a horrible angle and I’m sure that’s why my axle broke has anyone changed axles or added different lift to solve this issue

I have a 2" lift and have never had a problem, but I pay attention to the loud pedal when in 4wd or 4wd lock. I just put on the SATV front and rear a-arms with out the steering stops and noticed no bind a full droop with the 2" lift but going much past that there is bind. I also found out the at full lock the axles are binding without the steering stops. You were prob at the limit of your cv angles unfortunately. The SATV axles are suppose to be stronger and have more articulation at the CV, I just order a set for this reason.

What size tires do you run with the 2” lift and SATV arms? Assuming 30”s?

With the highlifter, lift I am running 28.5” truck tires (235/75r15). I have had this set up for the last 500 miles or so before adding the a-arms. I only have about 10 miles with both the a-arms and lift installed.

His lift kit had brackets and shock spacers. He’s running stock wheels becasue he just got it. We had big ride yesterday and one things for sure, he’s not scared of any of the holes. One of the holes it took 15,000lbs of winch power to pull him out. It was our first ride so we will be much better prepared for next one. He broke an axle but that was it between us
