I skidded a 10ft, 18 inch red oak log today,,,UPHILL and never spun a tire,,I was impressed to say the least!! Put it in 4wheel drive with the Dif locked...as it was a steep logging road up hill...If I had know how well it pulled I would have cut the logs longer!! best longbeards :D

Nice. That's exactly what it's made for.

I know several other members have been using there Pioneer as a log skidded for some time and have had impressive results.


Now let's say... It sit there and spun all four tires with tons of power and speed. Do you think it would of got the log to the lot?

I've hauled 2 ATVs on a trailer. 82 bags of mulch at once and a boat. The Honda could pull them all over a curb at idle. I even stopped before the curb with the mulch with the tries touching it a little throttle and eased right over. No spin in 2wd and no smoking belt!
