So let me start by saying I know not EVERYONE'S employer has a major scrap heap of goodies..... However I'm lucky enough mine does- not to mention a top of the line plasma table👌

I picked up this bone stock P700-4 about two months ago, and aside from electronics and the windshield pretty much everything else was picked out of a metal dumpster. Even the aluminum for the roof. Hope I can help somebody gets a little inspiration!

Some side notes in case anyone was wondering-

The tubing used is T22 .1875 wall 1 1/2" O.D. and it couldn't fit any better for sliding perfectly snug into the stock portions of cage.

Also to achieve the 1000-ish look the front and back hoops were left alone completely and a straight run of tube was used to connect the dots. The center tube was reused after trimming off the majority of the ugly brackets.

Winch plate ties right in to the factory bumper, and the hairpin 180's are basically just for a little extra support and gusseting.

The rear bumper will get a red light strand tucked into the backside I think tied into the brake lights just for a little flair.

Haven't heard what the exhaust sounds like yet but hey it's better than buying a tip.....

Also rolling on 27's with 1 1/2" spacers. Threw in a rocker switch assembly, a few LED's, and a soundbar too.

I like it but probably like it more if it'd at least break 50. I loved being able to cruise backroads at 50-55 like our 1000 did.... Heck if I didn't need the 4 seats no way would I have gotten rid of the 500! Maybe my favorite of them all....

Hope you guys enjoy, questions comments, or suggestions on what to do next are all (mostly) appreciated lol!

So I finally got the rear bumper all finished up. Turned out pretty slick I think. I had a mount that tied into the lower portion of the rear rops but I hated how it looked so I built some mounts that now tie into the A-arms and doubles as a frame stiffener. Hope you guys like it. Almost looks like I actually paid money for it lol......

Also the oem front brush guard bumper plate lost a battle with a stump so got one of those on the books too👌

Since I put 215/75 R15 BFG AT's on there was going to be a bit of scrub it appeared so I went ahead and made a lift just for the front. May end up turning the rear shocks up a few notches as they're on the lowest setting but ended up with 1 7/8" lift for the front extending the shock mounts 1 1/4"

I had no adverse impact on ride at all FYI.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the likes and the comments!

Nobody likes their job all the time, but I'm fortunate to be in a profession that's also one of my favorite hobbies. All I can say is never turn down advice from them old timers! Might come off as crab asses, but they watch close waiting to see if you're worth that advice.

I know this isn't really where I should post this- but since everything I've done to my rig is in one spot I'd like to ask everyone's opinion on an asking price for my 700.

At this point I've owned every class of Pioneer and I'm gonna have to go back to the 1000. If I'm being honest since I'd bet you're wondering anyway- Hands down Pioneer 500 is my favorite any day! I just ride too many blacktop county roads in between the tavern and the trail stops. By no means am I craving the speed, but I don't like running the 500 & 700 on the limiter. I do, but I also change fluids every 200 miles or so to be on the safe OCD side. Clean synthetic never hurt a thing so🤷‍♂️

Anyhow I don't think its worth a mint or anything but if we're being honest these mods aren't free if you don't possess the resources or skills. In my area a base '17 four seater with under 2K miles and no accessories are posted between $9k and $10k. I find it crazy cause you can almost get new for that but hey if they're getting close to that I'm definitely not judging!

Looking forward to your opinions. Like I said general values I'm not so worried about. My 700 specifically is obviously above average taking mods and accessories into consideration just the same as most of yours. Not shooting for the moon, just trying to be accurate.

Thanks!

Mod's generally don't add much to the selling price. And a savvy buyer will always wonder if the SXS was used as a submarine.
Good luck with sale. Looks good.
