Got to say, it gets loud. I originally bought wet sounds but decided the boat needed more, so it went there. Best money I have spent on the pioneer yet as my daughters will get in and say turn it up let's ride!!

Thinking about similar setup for 1000 but make it lighter. That was a heavy beast.

I did something similar in my commander and it made it top heavy as hell. 4 6.5 wet sounds and a amp with the box was close to 100#.

Yeah I remember seeing this a while back. Nice work but something easier

I did something similar in my commander and it made it top heavy as hell. 4 6.5 wet sounds and a amp with the box was close to 100#.

Prob 50-75, don't want the weight up high.

Why I haven't done it yet. Why almost everything I have is mounted low as possible. Other than roof, fire extinguisher,and Windshield nothing of any weight is above the gauge level.

Battery is under the seat. Light bar is on bumper. My 700 was as top heavy as Dolly Parton.

I bought this one too. It will get to loud when you are in it with just a little light distortions. But not much bass to it. But unless you want to build your own. With custom boxes, i felt like it was decent bang for your buck

I tried two cheap routes and a Bluetooth speaker, before I built it.

Spend a little extra and save your time to go ride.

I ran the tube mounted speaker similar to the first pic but 8"! Purchased a Bluetooth controller/receiver & Iphone and an old amp I had lying around...it is loud! But if you want quality sound you may have to raise your budget a little! I view these generic Roll Bar speakers as wear items, but mine have lasted 3 years so far!

I also went with the Bazooka sound bar and added this Soundstream sub under the drivers seat. This makes an awesome combination! This is a great setup for around $600

I borrowed @ohanancreek's idea and made my own, never got a finished weight on it, but I hardly noticed the extra weight up high.

The jeep bar does fit. Running 2 bars with infinity 6.5. It's pretty waterproof and lightweight.
