Looking for rear radius rod inputs. So far I have the list below:

AJK Offroad, $889 for a powder coated upper and lower set, $542 for lowers only.

LWFAB, $465 for full/$275 lower only (color matched)

CATech, $594 for full set/$404 lower only (color matched)

SATV, $499 full set (black only)

RACECO, $695 full set (black only)

Hess Motor Sports, $650 full set/$450 lower only (black only)

WC FAB, $590 lower only (color matched)

Dragonfire Racing, $329 full set (black only)

Have I missed any? Does aluminum vs Steel matter? Appreciate the help.

They all suck.
1 year of riding, and the heim joints/uni-bearings will turn into squeak boxes.
Lubricant will fix it for a few hours. Replacing them fixes it for another year.
Someone needs to find a solution.

High clearance isn't needed, the axle just gets hammered and bends.

We've only bent one, when the wheel came off due to a broken trailing arm balljoint
Thanks, added

Semantics, we've switched from the original radius rod question to trailing arms. High clearance radius rods won't have any effect on whether the axle gets bent since it's behind the axle.

I have the L&W radius rods and, like Hondasxs said, the heims last a year and then squeak like crazy. Can't lube them, that'll attract dirt and wear them out even faster. Impatiently waiting for a solution. :(

I do see where LW Fab has replacement bushings for sale. I'm leaning that way. Also helps that they are less expensive than most.

I put L&W on first machine and they were tough but joints wear fast. Pretty loose after 3-4 rides but cheap and easy to replace. I have used L&W fronts on serveral machines with no issues.

I have put AJK on brother in laws and now have CA Tech on mine. Bushings seem to be better than L&W but neither have the miles on them to tell.

I definitely recommend the high clearance.

Might as well order a set or two of replacement bushings when you order them.

I'm using these. They have easily replaceable heim joints and are made with heavy wall DOM tubing. They have worked very well for me.

I will say you have to make sure and assemble the L&W front A arms bushings correctly. They have an "O" ring on one side of the bushings, I am suspecting this is the help with water intrusion. I lubed the sleeve both inside and outside.

Looks like the kit from Dragon Fire, but painted. I want those for an X with Johnny Joints or bushings to replace the heims. That looks great.
After an hour of reviewing bushing joints, I dont know how to make something reasonable with the prices of off the shelf parts. I'm looking at making a set of Radius rods for $700
