Hello,
I have a 2019 Talon 1000r and started having a clicking noise on the right rear. Cv noise, so I thought I would upgrade axels, so I bought the blue Rhino 2.0. Since installing them I keep getting diff leaks, out of the axel seals, speed sensor o ring, and filler o ring. Seals were new.
Tried two different viscosity’s and synthetic VP racing. Still doing it. Vent tube is not plugged.
At the same time I also went to a 32 tire.
But thinking more of the axle issue..
Anyone having this issue???

Over filled the diff? I know not likely but it's worth checking, they don't hold much oil

How many miles? And how many on the original axels?

New axels dont cause diff leaks btw. Never seen it. Only with worn old ones causing seals to abnormally ware then with new axels here comes the leaks

Just looking to see if anyone has had issues with these aftermarket axels, or running 32’s
and since I did both at the same time it’s hard to tell, my old tires were 30’s

900 on the old ones, and 1200 over all miles
Are they Hard miles, ride swamps? Very low milage for your Axels to go bad unless you Ride hard.
The rhino 2.0’s are good axels. Have them in my Pioneer. Havent had to replace them in my X2 yet. But I will with 2.0’s when i need them. I have 32’s on my X2 and 30’s on my P1

It’s a heat issue, axels and cv’s are beefy on the 2.0’s
But you would think I would get some fluid out of the vent tube, which I’m not. Just out of the o rings . Seals

We don’t do swamping, desert only. Kinda hard, that’s why the original axel started clicking

Change the O rings out then. If there new, get some more robust ones
