I'm thinking about letting Blackstone ATV Repair fabricate me a rear bumper. Has anyone installed a fabricated rear bumper yet? If so, post a picture please. DJR

I made one and added a back rack to it the bed doesn't dump while on but I don't use dump except cleaning and servicing it. It would be easy to change my my bracket to allow bed to to dump if you just wanted bumper and no rack turn bracket down instead of out. They can be seen in the thread post your homemade mods. Black stone does good work .he chopped a buddy of mines top on a 1000 pioneer looks great good job.
When I did mine it came down to time, look and $$ to build one.. I bought an EMP for that reason. Depending what your wanting this will give you a good price point to compare to.
I took the cover off. On my 2016 machine the cover melted. On my 2018 I took the cover and the new extra cover off to put the bumper on. I don't know what the bumper came off of so I can't really give you any help building another one. I think it's a rear bumper for a Polaris sportsman
Make some mounts similar to what EMP uses and you can adapt just about any bumper you want. I even made one from a square body S10 lol. This is tube bumper I made. Bed still dumps 90% of the way.
Here is step bumper off truck. Has to be removed to dump bed though. Takes all of maybe 3 mins lol
