Here's Bumper's bumper, that's not really a bumper. :)

I needed a place to mount my 48" Hi-Lift, a must have as I have a tandem tilt trailer and I don't want to take ramps with me, so the Hi-Lift does double duty to lift the front of the tilt bed, then goes with me on the sxs. Trailer stays blocked up until loading time, so only needs to be lifted once.

I used a short length of 2" diameter pipe, cut in half, to reinforce where the U-bolts squeeze the roll bar - they're painted black so don't show up too well. Also lined the clamps with dense foam rubber.

The jack has to be removed before raising bed, but otherwise does not interfere with bed or tailgate - at the angle I have it mounted.

Usually build my own too! 🤙
The full seam welded one is for a 1000. I'd sell it if anyone close wants it. Plenty of room designed into it to mount any winch you desire. I built it out of boredom and experimenting. It came out ok, and it's not as heavy as it appears but for our riding style it overkill and then some. I just enjoy fabbing. Other was for our old 700-4.

Is that 1000 bumper still available? And where are you located?

Sorry it's long gone. Haven't had much time for messing with something different either. Honestly man if you have access to tooling there's no wrong answer. I just start chopping and welding by feel. I understand if access is a problem its a challenge though.
