I am spending some $$ gentlemen. Just monted some new 26" Terrabites Ordering mirrors and hub covers now. Just bought 2 - 4" cube lights from my neighbor, and now am about to order a 12" or 18" bar for the front. Here is where I need some input from the upper crust..
I use my rig prinarily for some trail riding, use around the farm and yard and when the dogs let me, I pleasure ride.

1) Mounts for the rear light cubes. Mount to the factory top and secure inside with over size washers? OR use an offset ROPS mount to extend under the top?? Pictures if your set up if you have.
2) Mount for the 12" or 18" light bar. I am wanting to mount on the factory front push bar. This should be easy...I am guessing. I just dont want to drill into thebar.
3) Switch. 3 gang switch so I can add some "side" lights later. Have at it gentlemen and help me spend some of my stimilus $$.

You can use the net holders to mount the rear lights.

12" bar is about all you'll get on the front bumper.

I have 2 pods on my front roll bar vertical post and 2 pods on my rear vert post. 9" light on rear of roof, drilled through roof and as you said oversized washers.

I also added interiors lights.Be58c3c395b602127f924ec0b7ed7898Dc1d5d8c0932210568edcb303fdbd7eb8726724530c5dc995a781b17a4f1269a7257eb5a71b8252a4e8f50de25a184a6

I really like your set up. I may put my 4" cubes on the front now and go with a 6" centered like yours! I have zero wiring skills, but luckily my neighbor is the maintenance manager for a large carpet mill here and he knows how to wire the harness; he has his Jeep set up almost identical to my plan except he has a 18" bar on the grill and a 30" bar across the windshield plus 4" pods as "rock lights." But if you have any advice about harnesses or switches and panels I am all ears. 6 switch panel? 4 switch panel? Main fuse panel or individual fuses? I am all ears

My front bar is 12". It gives plenty of flood and spot out to 300 yards easy.

This is my final set up on pods and they are wired up to these switches. F754ce9382fae68cae982413605850746a021dbd5a59248b951256723e28811d

Oh you might think about adding an additional fuse block and bus bar under the hood to make wiring simpler and everything will be on a fuse so if you h ave a problem it won't fry your electrical system.

I put a 50 amp relay between the battery hot lead going to the new fuse block also. Just extra insurance.

Also you can replace your head lamp bulbs with leds. I added photos of the ones I used, got them on Amazon, 29 bucks, plug and play install. Quite a difference from factory once you get them aimed right.43dc80e0734c3615069d54fec5bc9abaD492253b9f1fd61174c1fec52e1cad78Aa6c0583c7dd2f107ca22d7f367b947f044a2b018529d1992f3f5b0c9e983c5dBefa213f53c82163caa9733d488d5379

Its the same size as the white warning label on your dash. Its screw holes are almost a perfect match for the rivets on that plate.

Its also from Amazon and its a marine panel. Mine is green but you can get blue or red to.

Heads up, there is a brace in the dash behind the center decal that will not let you install the panel flat on dash. I made spacers to raise my panel to clear the brace out of a cheap wal mart plastic cutting board and painted it black. You can see the brace in the 1st photo if you blow it up.

I made my spacers wider and scared them to the dash. Then the panel screws to the spacers, that way when I need to add something I only have the switch panel to remove.A5231547f65c7b5d3e4a1934301e6e16B41aa6efee533c569172eac560b8222b1eab1c552aa0f608364f2706164a1c05178b1cce674b4266dc53cfa5b0fa3e49

I managed to try all the different MOUNTING locations for LEDS on my 18 P700-4.
Thought Id share some ideas for you.

I Mounted dual small LEDS as overhead Dome lights on the middle overhead ROPS.
One pointing front seat and one toward backseat and storage box.

Mounted the Rear backup LEDs on ROPS from HondaSXS store. Plug and play.

Roof LEDS using large rubber and stainless washers.

On the Hood below the windshield,I mounted Green LEDS lights same as roof.

Pics below of all 4 mounting locations and my distribution panel setup on 2nd battery and the 2 switch cockpit panels I installed.

Good Luck

YESSIREE!!! The items that wre working for other folks is a huge help. I forgot about the Stark Lights....I believe those are plug and play The OEM lights are barely enough to light the front yard much less find my way through the pasture! AND the Nilight mounts are what I will use for the lightbar.

@Pilot2016, how did you mount the switch plate to the plastic dash? It looks like you used the push pin connecters that are used all over the Honda's. I like that idea because you can remove them easily when you need to add a new accessory or whatever to the panel. I'm doing a similar project right now, and can't find any push pin plastic connecters that are small diameter, like 3/16". Did you just drill out for 1/4" push pins, or find a source for small diameter push pins? I don't have a lot of wiggle room on the dash plate or plastic to go bigger than what is already there. What's holding the panel to the Pioneer dash?
