Several member no longer qualify. We also did not complete a ROTM program for a month or two due to lack of participation and also had some dud voters trying to run it.
Now that we have a growing user base I hope to continue the ROTM for 2016.
2016 January ROTM entry starts this weekend!

I thought there are restrictions for voting. Like, user must have at least 5 posts and have been a member for 5 days or something?

I agree, it is discouraging to see a good thing go away. This has been fun and I continue to be a part of it if can stay clean.
