No. Unfourchenrly not.

In reguards to the tax. This started after Dakota vs WayFare ruling. In fact, I got approved for a smaller dealer account with them and dropped it because they wanted tax ID # for all 50 states to forgo taxes on the account.
Plus they charged resellers shipping. Many times I came out better buying normally.

So what does $ 100,000 or 200 transactions mean, is that the sellers limit?

Yes it is based on the sellers transactions not the buyers.

In many states there was/still is a "Use Tax". Specifically in Ohio if you buy something online or elsewhere and didn't pay tax at the time of purchase, you actually are required to pay the tax on it when you file your state taxes. Enforcement is practically nonexistent and very few have ever reported anything for Use Tax because of it. These new laws are trying to make up for that lost tax revenue.
