I stayed up entirely too late last night reading through build and mod threads. I could probably keep reading for weeks, but would love to find a thread with links for the most common mods so I can get the right gear quickly and get to work!

A few things I'm starting with:

1. replace the steel wheels
2. light bar
3. second battery
4. switch plate, switches, wiring, voltmeter, etc
5. light bar
6. dome light
7. audio
8. winch
9. plow (before too long)

My God these things are fun to equip!!!

Welcome to the group. I'm beginning to think I like working on my Pioneer as much as riding . You've got the basics covered with your list. About the only thing I would add would be a skid plate and possibly a bilge fan under the seat.

So far I've got numbers 2-8 done. Currently installing turn signals and saving pennies for tires/wheels and a skid plate.

Agreed... almost as much fun building them out as riding!

Good call on the bilge fan - this beast is a lot hotter and louder than I remembered on the test drive.

I'm on my second Pioneer, my first was a simple 2016 EPS 1000-3 in Orange. I loved it and didn't do any modifications, it also never left my property (10 acres) and was used as a "golf cart"; well, it did leave once and that was it, I went to River Ranch POA in Frostproof, FL and rode for a day...I sold it the minute I bought property out there the next week. In came the 2018 LE 1000-5 last month. I'll leave out the dealer experience for now....

I've put a winch, second battery, battery isolator and some simple things like a gear box with stuff like a Genius Boost Support and winch accessories.
I hate the LE wheels and how small they look with the roll over protection size on the 5 seater. I'm seriously looking at 4" Portals and maybe 30" Maxxims, I'm still just looking at other Honda's trying to decide. Problem is: I don't want to lose the deep woods trail capabilities the stock hight wheels and tires, but hate the possibility of swamping, River Ranch gets pretty wet in the summer and 10" + water crossings are a way of life there.

Now to my question:Can you fine people post your lifts and wheels and tires with reviews? Also, help out a guy that's not all up on back spacing, width front and rear, max tire on stock LE with Fox shocks etc...yes, a cheat sheet if you will. Thanks in advance.

And pictures please.

No lift no arms , 235-75r -15 5x2 offset wheels is what they call them but the are 30mm, 1" spacers in rear had to add one screw to front fenders flare to keep it from rubbing but all clears on mine full travel full lock. Pretty big difference from stock B51af80cda02f424b42065f34edf2ab0D356284a725a695067834f7afea37ddd6e47c3983f6d7a2fe6221da48d367afc291d94e0ca3f7a6380d17de183edad6568f525405d19312f17684a753d3d6e3e6662515b71f5d1142053d2dbdca9251f688a6338e9ab6b94c5ec9537fa5706b6903757df48434572bfafcc961731b456213b8d3721e649c6cf4000b579e9fb0f
