P1000 Softer Front Seat

Anyone come up with anything to help yet?The stock seats have to be some of the most uncomfortable on the market.

Are you against putting bucket seats in the front?

I don't think it will change much using it they shipped you a old stock 16 seat out of inventory.
Back in the day when this was first discovered I checked it out at the dealership and you could tell a difference just by pressing your thumb into it.

I have felt the later model(not sure year) seat next to my 2016 seat and the difference was 100% without a doubt night and day. Thats on a bran new seat you would figure after it got broken in a bit it would be softer yet. Not sure whats going on but maybe they firmed them back up for some reason. My 2016 seat is also having problems pulling away from the bottom plastic! Anyone else have that happen?

Zombie thread, but after 4000 miles the seat on my 2018 is getting unbearable. It had water in it from new and now I feel that the foam is just getting worn out. It has also been separating for some time. Has anyone come out with an upgrade?? I hate to spend money on a replacement if there is something better out there! If not, I may take it to an upholstery place and get something more comfortable made for it

The updated 2022 seat has a softer cover and is stapled instead of glued. I'm not sure if the foam is any different from the 2018s. Mine was coming loose from the base and holding water so I got the updated seat. $218 from ronayers.com

The updated 2022 seat has a softer cover and is stapled instead of glued. I'm not sure if the foam is any different from the 2018s. Mine was coming loose from the base and holding water so I got the updated seat. $218 from ronayers.com

I dont think it's thicker. I think it feels better to me but I can't swear it's softer. Water soaked seat sucks when it's cold in the winter. I would definitely buy again just for that.

The '22 seat fits the '21 & under models? I'm assuming so, doesn't look like the frame has changed.

I think the 22+ seat is nice but it's definitely thinner and you sit lower than the original seat. I just put one in my machine and it took a little getting used to
