I am installing a super atv 1/2" belly pan protector. The (22) 6mmx30 screws seem like they should be threaded all the way to head. When tightening the screw seems to bottom on end of threads rather than the unit pulling tight.

Anyone install one already and have thoughts?? Too late today to call them & ask

Either they sent the wrong threads or the holes weren't threaded deep enough.

If you want to get it done, just go buy some screws at a hardware store.
I would want at least 6mm penetration but 9 is ideal.
If you are on the short side of this, you might consider blue thread locker as you probably won't be visually inspecting them often.

i did go buy same length with full thread replacements and put it on. I assume they screwed up cause without being full thread they can't tighten down. the bolts are very long and probably go thru 1/2" more than needed (must be for easy of install).

Over all it looks like fits good and should protect a bunch better than the OEM one
