P500 Superwinch Terra problems, Honda accessory plug wire

So I installed my Superwinch Terra 35 last night. Problem is winch will power out but nothing works coming back in. Any ideas? Also, I pulled the blue tape off one of the 4 wires on the Honda accessory plug. There was a green wire and a white wire? I thought this was just a single wire that was HOT? I'm confused?

Two of the four leads have a ground supplied, the other two are just hots.
