System-One-Rack "Base" ( T-slots accept 5/16 Stove Bolts ) Modified to fit on P520.

Started with 2x2x3/16 Alum.Angle as the Base <> Along both sides and across front of the InsideTop Edge of the Box ( welded in the front corners along with welded tab in rear corners to accommodates rear attachment bolts )
Attached to 3 Honda OEM welded in nuts <>10mm Wrench <> Remove 3 bolts <> Comes Off as a UNIT.
Uesd Only 5/16 <> Stainless Stove Bolts <> Washers <> Locknuts. ( Requires <> 1 <> 1/2 inch wrench or ratchet and socket )

Hard Plastic ( Tonneau Cover ) shelf fits in 2 locations <> Top of OEM P520 Box <> Moved UP <>Top of the added Sides or Removed ( loosen 2 nuts )
Fuel can Mounts <> Moved or Removed ( loosen 3 nuts)
Alum. Traction ramp above Tailgate <> ( loosen 2 Nuts )

Unlimited Versatility and storage options
Many Tie Down locations added.
When the requirements of the Load changes <> plenty of options

Soft Tonneau for the Dust or Rain is yet to be finished.

Done a little more to the P520 box

Added custom fit tonneau cover now have nice water proof cargo area.

Aluminum removable grate : </> 3in. above the Tonneau open carry area </> for lighter weight items.

Keep in mine this is ALL built on 2x2x1/4in. Alum. Angle Frame.
Held in place with 3 OEM Bolt locations </> easily removed & back to Stock OEM Box.

Did you contact Pro-Fab for Sticker" SHOCK"

A friend with polaris general claims he has a truck cap going to fab to fit his general ( a talker we'll see )

Just Shipping N.Y. to Montana would be Pretty Step.
Have seen some nice aluminum enclosures for golf carts </> could be retro fitted donot remember who made.

haha the sticker shock is why I thought of you and was kinda tongue in cheek because I know you’re far, but do good work.

Been bugging some buddies around here and might check a fabrication shop close to work. They are a lot of coin, but the ones I’ve seen in person are super nice.
