I was thinking about adding a fuse box for extra stuff .(radio, lights, etc). When I remove the hood and the top panel I found these large black and red wires (see image).

The wires have no power to them when the key is on or off. these will be perfect if I could figure out how to get power to them. Is there something maybe I'm doing wrong?

These are for the Honda Winch contactor. But since they haven't released the instructions yet, we've got no idea where they hook up at. I assumed they were already hooked to their respective connections.

Can anyone get a picture of the other end of the red and black wires?

I assume the come out at the battery but I'm not sure where.

Yes .Those wires? Any idea?

Sorry the image loader did not work on the website .I used a Google Drive link now .

That does make sense for the wench. But a little over kill for a horn .Lol .

I may be confused but even when they assessories become available, not sure how all of a sudden the wires will get power to them

Lol..
Blue plug is for the horn.
Red and black are just pre ran. They need to be hooked up somewhere.

Poke around the battery. I bet the other end is there somewhere.

Haha. That would make sense for the horn. See the link for the photo of the wires running to the battery and the cool above the battery. All the red wires go into one .

Check good if you still have it off.
I think it runs like this and ends where the x is.
Look behind the 2 grey fuses. A4ff932cbc9f73749d8680fd49995e14

Ya. Thanks. We got the horn info but

We need help with the large guage red and black wires for the winch / dual batteries in that same pic.

Need to know if they are come out behind the battery. Along with a few pics of whoever gets around to checking.

Those are great directions for the horn. Hoandasxs was right, the large red wire is behind the coil in the battery box. The end has electrical tape on it and is not hooked to anything. Thanks everyone for your helo
Can u snap a pic?
If you still have it open. If not. Anyone else?

Any idea what the blank switch is for beside the headlight switch is for?
I'm fairly sure that is where honda wants the winch swirch to be. But still awaiting confirmation.

That’s where I was planning on putting mine. Just wish mine was here. I’d help you find anything out.
