Thinking of cutting dash

Here is what I am contemplating got the bezel cut and trimmed just having a hard time cutting my dash will look sweet though it holds the garmin Montana and Jensen Wired remote.

Looks awesome, I didn't think about putting the Garmin there. Did you make the bezel or salvage it from something else?

You've already drilled the dash! CUT CUT CUT!!!

I say cut too... Would look nice. If you mess it up you can always put that ulgy warning plate back on. Lol.

Measure 10 times, cut once and you will be fine.

Thanks guys yeah the opening i need is as big as that placard lol. It's a 19.95 part from can am once I cut the dash it will sit down in there flush. Hopefully. Still figuring out how to fasten. May have try my hand at plastic welding.

DONT CUT!!!!!

I rewired my winch switch yesterday and remembered there is a bar/plate in the center behind it for the shifters. You won't be able to make everything fit. Thats why my switch panel has the voltmeter offset to the lower right and the switches only on a top row.

I didn't take pics I just saw your thread, and remembered.

Ok thanks i was looking at that and the side the GPS sits on is the deepest and looks like there is plenty of room the stereo side needs 1 in to mount. But we will see still havent done it yet had to leave town for a weeks so i got time to think about it. lol Thanks again
