Hello everyone. I picked up a new 700 this past fall and I have it pretty much set up the way I want it , thanks to you guys on the forum for having great post about mods. The last thing I’m doing is of course wheels, tires and lift. I’m buying 14” wheels and 27” tires. I’m new to this forum stuff but from what I’ve seen on this forum is I need to run a 5+2 offset wheel and a 4/110 bolt pattern. I want the Tusk Terrabite tires but I can only get them in a 9” or 11” width.... so does anyone know if the 11” will be a problem? I ordered a Strong Made lift kit also. Sorry if this question has been asked before... I couldn’t find my answer anywhere.

5+2 offset and 4/110 bolt pattern is what you need. Not sure about running 11" wide tires on the front. I know people on here are running 9" and 10" all the way around with no issues. As for the strongmade lift I don't recommend it. I had more clearance without it than I did with it. Hopefully you will have better results with that.

I don’t want to go with a 11” in front but the Terrabite come in 10” width on their 26’s and 28’s. I don’t want to go that small or that big lol. I’m assuming going 28’s it would be a noticeable lose of power? Thanks for the response!

When I have 4 people riding I definitely have some power loss with the 28's. I would stay with 27's. I sold the lift to a guy and was upfront with him about it. If I remember right I think he said he gained only 1/2" of height and was going to try spring spacers. I had to install a super atv lift and spring spacers on the front of mine to keep my tires from rubbing. I could definitely see a difference in height with the Super atv lift. Their lift is different for the 2017 year models and up though. I have a 2014.

Did you try searching on here about the 11" tires? I seem to remember someone that did that or at least tried it. My wheels are 8" wide with 5+3 offset and I was told that's why my tires were rubbing.

I did search about the 11” but couldn’t find anything. I would go with the 9” all around but I don’t want the back tires looking to skinny. I would like to see a picture of the 9” on the back but can’t find that either lol.

I read earlier "somewhere" that the terrabites run small so if you want a true 27" tire youll need to go with the 28s. I have no first hand of this but i do know alot of tires dont run true to size. As far as lift goes i have 27' dirt commanders on mine stock no lift rarely do i find myself wishing it was taller.

You’re right about that HeadHunter. That true to size is another thing I’m trying to figure out. I did talk to a guy last weekend that is running 28” Terrabites and he said they run pretty true in size. I don’t know. I hate having to buy something like this without seeing it first.

If they do hopefully I can see some pictures! Thanks for the info !
9 and 11 Terras on the stock deluxe rims. I definitely picked up close to 2" in height. No power loss that I can tell and no rubbing.

No new photos, but last summer's pics will tickle the taste buds o_O

That looks great. So you’re running 27”? When you get a chance could you measure the width of the 11”. Need to know the actual width and do you think I could run an 11” in the front?

Yes they are 27" Terrabytes. Will have it back home next week and measure. There's folks that run 11's all the way around. Click on comments in this link Pioneer 700 Facebook
