P700 Tire Size Question

Hi all...
I just brought home a ‘17 700-4, and want to get rid of the stock 25-8-12 & 25-10-12 tires. Can I go to 26’s or 27’s and keep everything else stock (stock wheels, no lift or spacers...)? Also, can I use same size tire on all four corners?

Looking at Ceros 26-11-12’s or Mongrel 26-10-12’s. Maybe 27-11-12’s if it could handle it.
