45* here this morning, sunny and calm, very low humidity, 72* for a high.
Keep that Pioneer down wind.54 supposed to hit 77. Pioneer in tow going to help someone burn 200 acres. Wind is upper end of my comfort level but everything downwind is burned.
Like me yesterday.45* here this morning, sunny and calm, very low humidity, 72* for a high.
Very cool. Or hot.
Thats the goal bit it didnt get them. Too much green in that draw. This is why they call it the Flint Hills.Very cool. Or hot.
So will the fire kill the, looks like willows, in the picture.
Nice.
Looks like you missed a spot in the bottom one.
Looks like you got a lot done with the wind.

Haha. What the heck do you call that.
I’ll get that (90% chance as of early this morning) on Wednesday. So much moisture in my new road from weekend snow that I could only work about a fourth of it today. Got stuck in my 4 wheel drive F-250 and only barely was able to pull it out with my tractor...Like me yesterday.
Raining here today.

That’s what you call buried up.
I think that was a spot where I pushed over a tree, the root ball hole was filled in but hadn’t yet been packed in enough.Nice. Looks pretty soft.
Haha, That’s What she said.
Lucky the tractor didn’t make big ruts too.

In its defense its a Ford so being stranded isnt foreign to it. Somewhere in my pictures from Jan 2006 is me standing next to a type 6 fire engine. We are buried so deep in sugar sand the top of the engine is like neck high on me.I’ll get that (90% chance as of early this morning) on Wednesday. The Z71 2500 HD I traded in on this Ford was worse. But honestly, all 4 wheel drives suck anymore. The old true 4 wheel drive like the Scouts rocked. In its defense its a Ford so being stranded isnt foreign to it.
Yep, that can lead to this.....Somewhere in my pictures from Jan 2006 is me standing next to a type 6 fire engine. We are buried so deep in sugar sand the top of the engine is like neck high on me.
She pulled through for you. Awesome day.I got stuck today. 4 wheel drive diff lock and copious quantities of gas got me out. I was ready to get off and use the winch but eventually she crawled out. For what seemed like an eternity with fire burning next to me I was going nowhere.View attachment 123114
Yeah, wish trucks had front diff lockers.....She pulled through for you. Awesome day.
