When does fire season end. Up here when the snow melts and the rain stops for a few days, it gets really dry until things start to green up.
To burn this time of year, you need permits, contact the fire department, have heavy equipment on stand by. It’s crazy.

On the road again, stopped for the night in OKC, hit 88* but I was in the truck in AC all day. Doin Red’s Prime tonight....60 degrees today. But cloudy, and a cold wind. We need some sun. Going to rain for a few days.

It was so smoky today from all the burns visability was 1/2 mile at times. About a week it will be too green to burn much.I think you guys are just firebugs.

Caught a couple turkey poachers today so got that going for me.
Are you a Warden, or people on your land. So no lisence, or a hen.

South of my property is no hunting National Wildlife refuge. One of the turkeys I had been after on my land was hanging out down there where they couldnt be molested. They went in and shot it. I called the warden and waited till he arrived. Bird was seized and they got written 2 citations each. They were cool and made it sound like an honest mistake but this s*** happens every year just with different people.Are you a Warden, or people on your land. So no lisence, or a hen.

Its a shame that those type of people have to ruin the hunt for everyone else when they don't do it properly. I had the same problem with a poacher near my place last year ,deer hunting.
