Yep, NW AR, several years ago got 2 inches of ice, then 24 inches of powder snow on top of it, me and the 51 8N had a hoot, you ever broad slided an 8N, I have to get up a drive way, neibors thought I was crazy, I am! HA!You get snow in Arkansas ?
I never would have thought this early.
I was hoping for a bit on the weekend. Had snow all the way to the camp but stopped about 30 miles away and turned to rain.
No sign of any of the bucks, except on film.
Need a snow.
Send some up. But not a lot, just enough to track.

We are going be in teens next couple nights down here.
The powder is great. The 500 will plow right along in 2’ of powder.
But when it packs down, it gets a little difficult.
I had an FJ Cruser , Toyota ,
We had a storm that gave over 32 inches of snow. I was in Cape Breton hunting. The FJ had diff lock but I didn’t need it. The snow was being thrown over the roof. I went around the block, about 10 miles, and got a call from a neighbor. Her husband, Don and another neighbor Danny were stuck at another neighbor, and could I go see.
Haha. Don had a Subaru and Danny had a Ranger.
They were both stuck by the barn in a drift. So I drove down, drove beside them in deeper snow, with them both yelling, NOOO.
I drove through the drift and pulled up , opened the window and said,
Did you call for a Toyota.

Needless to say, they both told me to F.... ...
haha
But then wanted a tow.
She was a beast in the snow.
Gotta have tires.

Wife had an 06 Rav4 that was 4x4 with a V6. Running Yokohama Geolander AT-S that thing was a beast in the snow. Only problem was 4x4 kicked out above like 25 mph. I never got that vehicle stuck in mud or snow. I remember plowing through drifts well over the hood and she kept going.

From yesterday! 8” just plain sucks more than anything sucked sucks!
If you liked the Rav4, you would have definitely loved the FJ.
Almost as good as the old FJ.

My drive to Cape Breton Friday night really sucked. My brother took his van, we didn’t think it was going to snow.
About half way, we got behind a guy with a truck pulling a trailer with an atv on it. I could see traffic catching us , and before I could say anything, a tractor trailer passed on the inside, and at the same time a car passed on the outside. Wow
Never seen that before. Idiots.

Its in 20's now here. Suppose be cool again tonight, Few slick spots this morning. Glad it didn't snow any. If snow flakes start falling out of sky. People can not seem stay on road around here.

Good morning from a chilly GA. First several nights of freezing, glad I winterized the boat, and took a trail ride yesterday in the 70s. Brought the Milwaukee heated jackets out of the closet for riding. A great Christmas present for your SxS riders.

Even a pocket warmer, 3 settings and lasts for hours. Got the 12v accessory plug for the SxS rides to not worry about battery life. Now just need them to come up with heated jockey shorts, LOL.

21 here last night with a wind chill of close to 10. Pretty cold for the South. Supposed to be 50 today.
