I haven't measured it for a light yet. I need to do that and find a good one.

Took a look under my machine during the 1200 mile service today. Found a couple small dents in the inner rock slider/foot well tubing. Looked in the scrap bin and found a couple sections of Ruff Stuff tube gusset to beef it up.

The dent. Easier to fix now than later.

Ready for install. Stick it once and apply 15 lbs pressure per inch. Or something like that

Looks awesome. Won't see it with the skid in place but I know it looks tough

I really wont know until I get the skid on to see what it looks like. Ill most likely close it off with steel plate or UHMW.

Thats what I was thinking. Wonder why Warn would design it like that ?

yesterday my insurance for driving on crown land expired.up here we require liability ins. to operate on public land,so i skipped the basic ins. and went full collision/comprehensive so now i'm covered for fire, theft, collision and liability up to 2 million for about $100 a month.with liability and coverage under the homeowner ins. it works out to almost the same $$ but now if i trash it i spend the deductible and get a new machine.plus i get 10x the amount of liability ins.

They designed it to work with their plow mount but they don't advertise it that way. The plow mount is about $85 and it's super beefy. It's a great upgrade for the Warn bumper. It still lacks the filler plate between the bumper and plow mount but I added that too.

I added about 35 miles on a maiden voyage with the family (pup got a quick spin after).

I probably took off more of the accessories that came on it than anything.

- Removed full soft enclosure (to hot)
- Removed top half of Honda split windshield to get some air flow in the cab.
- Added some cheap Walmart sunscreens

We were still overheating in the cab. The tech at the dealership said that they couldn’t do the heat shield update because it expired. So now I have a checklist for the week!

-Install Spal 5.5” fan under seat on a switch
-Instal Spal 5.5” fan behind the passenger to pull dirty air
-Thermo line to make some heat-shielding and sound dampening
-Vent lines
-In bed storage

I’ll probably find something else to do mid week

I have basically the same coverage for $19/month here and it costs $3,000 in accessories
