What size light bar are you guys using for the front of the P5? I'm planning to mount a winch this weekend soon and may as well put the light bar on while I'm at it.

Do you have the Honda roof? I wasn't sure it would be strong enough for something that heavy.
Yeah - it's more than strong enough for tree limbs, which I encounter all the time. I bolted it direct to the roof and have had zero problems

That's sweet! Got the threaded rod mod too. ;)
I've had a couple mounted up top, this one's a 30" curved, big fender washers underneath. Bumper one is an 8" single row.

I went with a 36'' light bar with 2 x 4'' pods with harness and switch....I added 2 separate relays for light bar and 1 for te 2 pods ..I wanted to to have mine tucked under the roof to avoid branches and like the look. Also having it this way a see all of my dash lit up and doesn't bother the eyes.you will need 2 x 1.75 clamps for the 36" light .

Tractor Suppiy stuff on the front of mine.Plenty of light for me.I have changed out the stock headlight bulbs for LED's as well. They are not great, but the amp draw is cut by about 50 watts.

Ended up going with a 14" on the front and 2 cubes in the back. Lights everything up really well. Had to fab a bracket for the front and will paint it with bed liner at some point (before it rusts). Also went with a marine grade fuse box instead of the factory harness for the lights. I ran a 4 gauge lead from the battery to the fuse box so I can wire the winch directly to that jump point when I get it in a few weeks. Also ran an 8 gauge ground lead to the frame.

How'd you mount that red hook on the front end? I'd possibly like to do something similar.

I made a flat plate that attaches to the 4 bolts mounting the KFI winch mount. It has a piece of 3/8 flat welded to it with 2 holes for the hook.It is as strong as anything else on the front end.

Thank you. Your setup is pretty much exactly the direction I'm headed with the BadLands 3500 too.
I added the brackets you recommended and they worked great. finally installed my flood lights because of these brackets thank you.
