Ya got me... I've placed random parts around the homes of 37.65 people from here!!

If there's a duramax around it could either be an exhaust stud or turbo mounting stud and if it's a newer one that has a dpf (it uses def) it could be a dpf mounting stud.

Thats not a stud off a Chevy, they don't use that fine of thread or a point like that on the end. The turbo uses bolts to hold it down. I agree its exhaust related of something.

Looks like a motor mount bolt off of a car the tapered end help line stuff up at the factory during assemble do you own a car?
