Dealer told me, they will be on dealers lots by April.

Last I heard it will be late November before they release the specs on the 1000

Dont get too excited about the new 2017 P1000s guys. The next redline will be early nov and they will be releasing all info on the new street bikes nothing said about the UTVs. I dug into it yesterday and Rumor has it that its going to be the same machine with a few minor changes. I will post as soon as info arrives.

"BNG" Bold New Graphics, there's no way there will be significant model changes. Just some tweaks.

Sometimes the changes are many yet subtle, to the casual observer. You may not see any changes from physical appearance but Honda learned a ton of info this past year on what people do with the P1K and how it it used. There have been many unexpected ways in how the P1K has been put to use that were never originally considered for desiging this UTV.

I don't have any inside information I just know after riding Hondas for over 40 years that they improve and evolve machines year after year based on what works for the people that buy them. Look at the P500 and all the changes it has now gone through from the original 2015 model to the 2017 model. There will always be a group of riders who want more or didn't think enough was done, but conservative advances has been the stable mate for Hondas success.

I wonder if more used P1000-5 will hit the market once the Sport Model hits dealers in April? I can't find any...

Last week I bought the last P1000-3 my local dealer had. I asked about the 17 models and was told the only thing they knew about them was that unless the seat belt is buckled it would only run 15 mph.

Honda is offering accessory bonus on p1000....in attempt to clear out 16M....looks like we're getting closer
