P1000 Who has an Odyssey pc925, Does it fit?

i measured my pk1 battery box doesnt seam big enough for odyssey pc925 6.64 long x 7.05 wide x 5.83 high.when i put a tape measure inside the box i get 6-1/2'' long and 5'' wide. not worrying about hight. does this thing fit or i am doing something wrong

I'm fairly sure it does but I don't own one to go check.

PC925 does fit. Most second battery installs are that exact battery.

It will sit on it's side. Posts pointing toward front of machine.

Yep.. rotate it on its side.

thanks for getting back to me. i have seen the posts with the battery installed.just dont know how it fits when my box is smaller than what the factory says.all three dimensions are to big .even when laying on side 5.83 inches is still to big when i have just 5''and 6.64 is to long when i have only 6-1/2''.has any one measured the inside of their spare box .going to have to find one in store an get true measurement. battery has to be different if it fits. had others confirm my measurements.

Not wanting to pick a fight, but the proof is in the video. That hole will not change. It is designed to fit the Honda factory heater.

You will need these, then you can hook to it as if the battery is up right.

Yes, the Odyssey PC925L fits great.

For those that are wondering why the odyssey battery is so expensive, it is because the lead in the battery has never been recycled. Non recycled lead packs more of a punch on initial contact.

buying mighty max replacement for 925 . even if i have to buy it new every year for three years still cheaper than odyssey 925. paying for name

I thought the same way. My might max battery lasted right around 8 months before it dropped a cell. Currently planning on installing the odyseey before plow season.
