P700 Won't shift sometimes

3 times I hit the gas and it won't go over18 mph if I stop and start again everything is fine do I need to take it back to be looked at?

Not sure, Several things.
Seat belt is on, Yes?
Also, check the oil. I had a 700 doing funny things last week, it had too much oil. It was over the top mark. Oil should be inbetween the marks or a little high is preferred. But not over the top mark.

@Hondasxs is spot on. Mine shifts best when the oil is at the top line. Make sure you use the proper check oil procedure, it does make a difference.
