Forgive me if this has been discussed, but where are all the zerks/ if any on the P1000.
I had one on my Wolverine that was not in the manual.
Anybody found any like that?

Curious if/ how often the bushings and sleeves need service... esp the rear outers on the hub's. Were the 700's maintenance free?

In the history I have had with Honda atvs they are known to not have zerks. Honda has always used sealed bearings. I usually spray the bushings with a lithium grease

Yes. Mine was super bad yesterday. I was thinking of this also.
We're you thinking of installing some?

I think except for the front upper A-arm they are all rubber flex joints that are set in the middle of the travel. The upper front looks like its greased. My Teryx was like the upper front A-arm and was still ok at 10,000 miles. The bushings were still ok so I greased them and installed new seals. A squeak may be the shock bushings. I'm at about 7,800 miles and the suspension is still ok. I don't run my suspension under water but I think that may be more of a problem for the shock mounts. I will take a look at the shop manual.

This is when I turn the steering wheel. you can hear it and feel it on the front bumper and on the tie rods.

I have that Squeak as well although mine might not be as bad but I was thinking it was where the steering wheel is held in place. I don't think it's any of the u-joints or any further down like the tie rods or anything and it's not in the suspension.

I took a Cajun injector cut the end off to make it a single hole and pulled the rubber cover up on the tie rod ends and squeezed some grease up in the boot and that stop the squeaking. So new tie rod end will have zerks in them.

I have done about the same thing to all my ball joints ... I use a grease gun needle and ease it up under the boot and give them all a few squirts. Not much grease from the factory in those ball joints.
I have not found any Zerks on the P700...

I will have to put the zerks in the top or side of them when they get here. Will have to cut the old one up to see the best place for one.
