I won't be riding in TN.

I will... it's still better than anything within 100 miles of Chicago... we just bought some acreage near Obed. No real enforcement there the past two weeks.

Turbo R, my Pioneer is still the best all-around side-by-side and I use it way more. Plus the turbo R doesn’t have a rear winch

I live and ride here weekly. I haven't heard much from general public since the Memorial day weekend. Not saying they aren't enforcing it, but haven't heard of roadblocks at trails checking everyone like they did then. It's been pretty quiet and unless you draw attention to yourself likely won't have any issues. Just my observations of 2500 miles on the trails since April this year.
