Not a bad idea... In loose theory...

But it want work because even with a custom puncture resistant liner. Once a hole gets opened up, mud and sand will enter and bust the tube in short time.

If u going to go through that trouble you should just buy a set of tire blocks.

But if you can afford tire blocks. You can afford a good set of tires. Lol
