Honda windscreen problem

Does any one have the two piece hard coat? If so, are both pieces hard coat?

Check the pic and video. The lower piece is not hard coat and scratched easy. The top piece is very durable.
Can you install a windshield wiper on hard coated windshields?

It can not be installed unless it's a custom build. It would scratch it I'm sure.
