The right paddle offsets

I’m trying to figure out what I should for offsets on a talon for paddles. It will be 15x10 5+5 on the rear and than 15x7 on the front but I don’t know if I should run a 4+3 offset or 5+2 on those to keep the width as close as possible to the same front and rear

What are the tire widths and the true offset (in millimeters)?
